Your creations stay on your device
Dolls, drawings, saved scenes and settings are stored locally. The current app does not create user accounts, record audio, offer public sharing or upload drawings to an online AI service. Parent-directed backups use your device’s file export tools and are stored wherever you choose.
Purchases are handled by Apple
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit service to check subscription access. We do not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple processes purchase information under Apple’s privacy policy.
No advertising or tracking
The current app has no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites. This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics scripts.
Children and parent controls
Sienna is designed for children, with adult supervision for purchases and settings. A grown-up math question separates parent controls from play. Please contact us as a parent or guardian rather than asking a child to send personal information.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Deleting your creations
You can delete creations in the app. Removing the app removes its local data unless you keep a backup. Files exported outside the app must be deleted separately from their chosen location.

If you contact support, use an adult’s contact details and include only information needed to resolve your request. Please do not include a child’s personal information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to and resolve your request. You can ask us to delete correspondence using the contact address above.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Any future online feature will require updated disclosures before it is enabled.
