How do subscriptions work?
Sienna All Access includes every dress, extra, background and drawing tool. Annual and weekly plans give the same access. Apple shows the price and any eligible trial before you confirm a purchase.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose Sienna. You can manage or cancel there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For billing help, visit Apple Billing Support.
How do I restore access?
Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Open Sienna’s parent purchase screen, solve the grown-up math question and choose Restore Purchases. Restoring a subscription does not restore creations stored on another device.
Where are dolls and drawings saved?
Creations are stored on your device. Before deleting the app or changing devices, use the parent backup tools to export a copy. Keep exported files somewhere safe. There is no automatic cross-device sync.
How do I draw a new outfit?
Open Create, choose the object type and follow the drawing guide. Choose colors and decorate your item, then confirm to save it to the matching library category. The current release uses guided drawing tools; it does not send drawings to an online AI service.
How can I remove creations?
Use the delete control for a custom item or saved creation. Deleting the app removes its local data. Any backups you exported must be deleted separately from their saved location.
